Mountain Heritage Estates, home sites to sell at auction

BURNSVILLE, N.C. -- Thirty-one mountain home sites in the private, gated community of Mountain Heritage Estates will sell at auction Saturday, Dec. 12, with Woltz & Associates managing the sale. Seven of the sites will sell at absolute auction, with no minimum or reserve bid.

Also selling at auction will be a new 1,600-square-foot home on approximately 1.51 acres.

"We constantly hear people talking about their dream of moving to the Blue Ridge Mountains or establishing a second home there, and often, they feel that they just can't obtain a suitable site for such a home. These sites are just that, with beautiful mountain views and an environment rich in artisans, craftspeople, musicians and unique local shops and restaurants," said Jim Woltz, president of the auction company.

Most of the home sites range between 0.75 acres and 2.5 acres. The Mountain Heritage Estates development is located approximately 35 miles from Asheville.

The auction will be held at the Burnsville Town Center, beginning at 11 a.m. Woltz auction personnel will be available for site inspections on Sunday, Nov. 29, and Saturday, Dec. 5, from 1 to 4 p.m. Online bidding will be available and bidders may enter bids before or during the sale by visiting www.proxibid.com/woltz.
