Virginia retirement center - apartment complex to sell in July 28 auction
ABINGDON, Va. (June 29, 2010) -- A 13-unit apartment complex currently known as Green Spring Retirement Center will sell at absolute auction Wednesday, July 28, with Woltz & Associates marketing the property and managing the sale.
The retirement center has six two-bedroom units and seven one-bedroom units, as well as a large common area and a kitchen. Currently, only two units are leased. The sale will include the four-acre site.
